Pulau Rawa is owned by a Johor Sultan. Surprisingly, Rawa has two small resorts only.

RETURNING GUEST:
Guests returning within 1 year of their previous visit are entitled to a 30% discount off the peak room rates (Peak Season) and 20% discount off the off-peak room rates (Off-Peak Season) Please not that this is limited to the individual guests, i.e. guests who return with a larger group will only be entitled to a discount for those rooms in which they are staying, and not for the whole group.
SCHOOLS:
Schools are entitled to a 30% discount off the peak room rates(Peak Season) and 20% discount off the off-room rates (Off-Peak Season).

Situated within the archipelago of the Sultan Iskandar Marine Park, Rawa Island is accessible by a twenty-minute boat ride from Mersing, Johor. This beachfront resort features 77 rooms, each individually designed to blend in with the natural landscape. Modern furnishings provide guests with the comforts of home.

ACCOMMODATION
We offer a wide variety of accommodation around the island to cater for families, groups of friends, couples and single travellers. All our rooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms, hot water, fresh water showers and air conditioning. Wifi, cable television, and tea/coffee making facilities are available at the restaurant and bar.
Kindly note that guests are discouraged from bringing food and drink onto the island. Corkage is payable at the front office in Mersing prior to the boat transfer. We offer a wide selection of food and drinks for guests at our restaurant and bar.

We offer a comprehensive range of sea sport activities, including snorkelling, kayaking, scuba-diving, hobby-cat sailing, and island hopping. Guests may also enjoy taking a walk around or hiking up to the top of the island, where they will be rewarded with a panoramic view of the surrounding islands and the South China Sea.
Kindly note that as we are located within the Sultan Iskandar Marine Park, we would like to remind guests that fishing, jet-skiing and littering are activities which are strictly prohibited on the island. Guests should also refrain from picking up any marine life, whether alive or dead, in the sea or on the beach. By ensuring strict compliance with the marine park rules, we hope to preserve the natural beauty of the island for many years to come.
DIVING
The dive centre on Rawa Island has been recently established in collaboration with Orca Scuba, a boutique dive centre based in Singapore. Our dive centre accepts walk-in guests of the Resort.
SPA
Operated independently by Chirawan (Eternal Beauty) Spa, the spa on Rawa Island offers a variety of Thai body and facial massages catering to a wide range of needs. Treatments include aromatherapy massage, Royal Thai massage, Thai Herbal Ball massage, ear candling and cleansing, eye pillow therapy and foot reflexology.

Rawa Island is accessible by a 20 minute speedboat ride from Mersing, Johor. While the majority of our guests choose to drive from Kuala Lumpur or Singapore, we are also able to arrange for transport to and from Mersing. Secured car parking facilities are available at our Mersing Front Office.
